Ron Laserna – Real Estate Agent
I have been working and living in the Bay Area of California for over 25 years. I love it here and plan to stay. Before real estate, I worked for many years in customer service and sales. I entered the job market at the age of 12 working at the local Fish and Chip restaurant and haven’t stopped working since. I worked in the retail industry at companies such as Walgreens, Gamestop and T-Mobile. My specialty was customer service/sales and management. I also have 2 years experience in property management and leasing with companies such as Shea Properties and The Irvine Company. With this experience, I have a good eye and ear for matching properties with the right people.
Throughout my job history I’ve learned that sales and customer service rely on identifying and meeting a customer’s needs. This is done through active listening and taking action. My job experience has served me well as a real estate agent. I’ve taken what I’ve learned and applied them to my career as a REALTOR. As your real estate agent I will negotiate in your best interests and make sure the transition is seamless, as your agent I will make sure that all your real estate needs are tended to with honesty and integrity.
As a Realtor, I believe in creating long term business relationships with my clients by providing exceptional services. My clients value me because of my follow-through efforts. I take pride in my job by demonstrating a professional attitude with all my buyers and sellers.
A majority of my business comes from working by referral and helping past clients continue to build their real estate wealth. It is my desire to be a resource for all my clients for future and past real estate transactions and to be in their real estate life forever. I strongly believe that success is achieved through consistency. With this belief in mind, I will be consistent in doing all that is needed to sell your home, find your home and to meet your specific needs.
