I have worked in the Real Estate field for more than ten years helping clients buy, sell and rent properties. I am the co-founder of Signature Group Realty and Property Management located in Hemet, California where I was the broker in charge. My experience and knowledge in Real Estate is as follows: In the listing presentation I used the Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) as a comparison analysis to aid in determining a proper list price for a property and to reflect the realities of real estate marketplace.
I conducted competent and diligent visual inspections of all accessible areas and disclosed all material facts affecting the value or desirability of the property.
I sold properties and monitored the sale closely from acceptance to close of escrow, while communicating with sellers, escrow officers and loan officers on a regular basis.
As a Property Manager I negotiated and executed rental and lease agreements, filled vacancies with suitable tenants, collected rent, serve notices on tenants and fill unlawful detainer actions as needed, notify the landlord of any potentially hazardous conditions or criminal activities affecting the health and safety of individuals on or about the property.
I negotiated and executed numerous contracts as: Exclusive-Authorization-And Right-To Sell Listing; Exclusive Authorization To Acquire Property; Property Purchase Agreement; Real Estate Lease Agreement.
