3. Photo copy of drivers license or ID.

4. Click the button below to pay $40 for application. All 18 and over adults that will be living in the house need to fill out an application and pay the $40 fee.
Note: Our payment process goes through WreckenShop which is a company we own. Sorry for any confusion.
